Well, I placed an order on December I receives an email confirmation and a second email asking me to reply as one item was out of stock I replied to that email twice but received no further email communication I then receives a phone call regarding the out-of-stock item and changed it to a different color But - here it is December and I haven't received my order nor have I gotten any further communication from them I guess I'll have to find another source for my overalls

But - here it is December 31 and I haven't received my order nor have I gotten any further communication from them. I guess I'll have to find another source for my overalls.

I never received an email. 4 business days later I called to find out the items were both out of stock and that they sent me an email to call them (I never received an email - checked junk and trash and no email). I placed a new order. It took 5 days for the new order to appear as a transaction had actually gone through. The guy on the phone said he would send me an email with the new order info and then a tracking number when it was shipped. Still no email on either. I called again. The same guy told me that he called me to tell me the tracking number but I didn't answer (I never received a call or voicemail or email). He tried to get the tracking number for me but said it hadn't been generated yet (why did he call me with a tracking number before then?). He promised he would call back as soon as the tracking number was available that afternoon. 12 hours later no phone call, no email, no tracking number. It has been 10 days since my order was placed and it seems as though it still hasn't been shipped. It was nothing special. The item was in stock. It should be in the mail. Customer service has been TERRIBLE. I keep being blown off and my questions aren't answered. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
