Review: I have received calls for years from Yellow Pages Online saying that I authorized 2 yr contracts with them, when all they did is ask me to verify my business information and then recorded me saying yes. I have paid them thousands of dollars over the years because I did not know it was a scam until recently. I last paid them $800 in 2013 to CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS AND NEVER CALL BACK. 1/**/2015 I received a call from [redacted] at Prelegal services associated with Yellow Pages Online saying there would be legal action against me in New York for the 2nd payment that was delinquent in excess of $2300.00. When I called him on being a scam he became abusive and threatening, threatened to charge my credit card number (which they probably have from the 2013 payment). When I asked fro mailing address of Yellow Pages Online he gave a [redacted] address that is not verifiable. His phone number was [redacted]. He then offered to take off some charges and I'd pay $1998.99 if I agreed to pay over phone to him with no invoice or proof. He has threatened to keep calling. I will not pay for something that is obviously a scam when I have already been duped of thousands of money from these people.Desired Settlement: I want this business to stop calling me and stop threatening legal action.

Review: I ordered a business account through Century link which I have since cancelled. As part of the business plan, they provide yellow page listing. I got something from Yellow Pages asking where I want my business listed. I now received the invoice below telling me I am passed due. I called Yellow Pages and told them I had cancelled my service with Century Link and no longer entitled to this. Yellow Pages is telling me I Signed a document and therefore I for must pay them $329, or they will send me to collections. It has only been a couple of weeks but they state that this contract is binding and there is NO ability to cancel. They told me that my business name is already in the Yellow Pages data base. Century Link told me that my name would no be listed until next year so there would be no problem. When I check [redacted] or [redacted], my business name does not come up. The phone number they want to list in the Yellow Pages is my home numberDesired Settlement: That the Yellow Pages not publish my home phone in the yellow pages and not demand that I pay $329 in doing that
