It was told to me on two occasions that the process of starting the bike would take another week--this was prior to my second phone conversation with her when she referred to the seasonal changesIt's in my opinion overbooking and lack of willingness for a sale of as low a profitabilityThey also eluded to doubting my readiness to buy the bike

As the *** *** resident I have used nation cycle center three times in the past.all three out of three times I used this business I had a terrible experience today being the worst.they are not honest and have no idea how to treat a customerThe first time I use them was to swap out for *** tires on to the wheels for me I had dropped off the new wheels on the new tires and was told to come pick them up the next day at PM.I arrived at PM all excited only to find out they had not even started my tires yet, The worst part of that was I called to verify they were done before I headed towards the shop and was told everything is ready to goAfter an additional one and a half hours they finally swap my tires for me only after hearing more minutes timesGiving him the benefit of the doubt I return to have them order me some sprockets for my rmotorcycleI was told by the lady at counter parts are ordered they would be here the next dayThe next day came and I called them and was told that the part was not even ordered through themI got the part elsewhereThis last and final time I had dealt with Nations Cycle was to have two springs for my *** powder coated.I was told again by the same lady parts to be down in a week when I arrive for the parts at noon like she told me after taking time off of work I got to the counter and the parts were not there.at PM I was told to come back at PM the parts will be there, I was in between jobs so I arrived at about or to pick up my shocks.I was told again that they're still not there the lady is on her way back from the next town over sitting in traffic should be there within minutes.being it was only more minutes I chose to wait.if there are additional to minutes the parts finally came in I was told "the wait wasn't that bad was it"I replied "it was bad I was already here once today, honesty goes a long way you should've told me it would be an additional day anyway came out looking like a hero and it was early instead you guys look silly"The older gentleman to the right who had nothing to do with this transaction insisted on butting in and calling me silly and an itWe proceeded to go back-and-forth and when I asked is this how you treat your customers he replied "yes, everyone thinks their big shot"I will never return to tjere shop again and I am embarrassed I ever have them the benefit of the doubt

After an additional one and a half hours they finally swap my tires for me only after hearing 15 more minutes 30 times. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I return to have them order me some sprockets for my 2010 r6 motorcycleI was told by the lady at counter parts are ordered they would be here the next day. The next day came and I called them and was told that the part was not even ordered through them. I got the part elsewhere. This last and final time I had dealt with Nations Cycle was to have two springs for my [redacted] powder coated.I was told again by the same lady parts to be down in a week when I arrive for the parts at noon like she told me after taking time off of work I got to the counter and the parts were not there.at 12 PM I was told to come back at 3 PM the parts will be there, I was in between jobs so I arrived at about 330 or 345 to pick up my shocks.I was told again that they're still not there the lady is on her way back from the next town over sitting in traffic should be there within 10 minutes.being it was only 10 more minutes I chose to wait.if there are additional 35 to 40 minutes the parts finally came in I was told "the wait wasn't that bad was it". I replied "it was bad I was already here once today, honesty goes a long way you should've told me it would be an additional day anyway came out looking like a hero and it was early instead you guys look silly". The older gentleman to the right who had nothing to do with this transaction insisted on butting in and calling me silly and an it. We proceeded to go back-and-forth and when I asked is this how you treat your customers he replied "yes, everyone thinks their big shot". Review: Very poor service. Lot of games being played and the reason is one of three things; overbooking or laziness or both. Still waiting to see a bike they're selling that was supposed to have been ready to run for me by this past weekend. After being assured the bike would run, both the previous week and midweek again, I find that I had wasted my gas again to hear excuses and indifference. The guy says "...I'm too busy to start it today..." and that I can come back again another day.Desired Settlement: Please stop wasting my time, devote a minute and start it up so I can move to the next step.
