***, that isn't true and you know it.My husband repeatedly tried to contact you You wrote and signed a letter promising to be back in the spring, because it was too cold to fix it. I do not think you are capable of fixing the problem or you would have by now This is why I want the name of your insurance company You said you were bonded and insured I don't even want the money for the stolen itemsI want to make a claim so that I can hire a reputable contractor to address our needs in a professional manner

Now Mam Sorry for any and all confusion Now it was ur husband that insisted on paying us for the porch overlay when discussed with my salesman! Only reason *** asked for a check was because he was unaware that ur husband had already gave the check to *** now if there is anything ur not happy with we would be more then happy to make things right but if u won't let us back on property to make things right then it's out of our hands at that pointI was unaware that the porch cap needed more cement this is first time brought to my attentionNow as for remainder of work if u or ur husband were not satisfied with our services then why continue to contract us to perform more and more work? I would like to get to bottom of this and address all concerns cuz weather it is possible or not I want nothing more then u to be happy and satisfied!!! Now I'm sorry u feel u paid to much but no where in ur complaint did I see u not satisfied with our work! Now mam we did do work for u but what u have here is a marital issue not a workmanship issue nobody forced u or ur husband to do anything we were at ur house for over a week with or more guys
each day !!! We not only did everything we were contracted to but went above and beyond on ur job!!! Now I would appreciate if u didn't slander or badger my company when u clearly need to discuss things with ur husband not my company! We appreciate all the work and hope everything works out for u

In all fairness, I think you should refund the $1900 especially since you did get the $8500 that was supposed to be payment in full since you cashed the check about the same time I put the stop payment on it.  We do not want you on our property again.  A report has been filed with the Pleasant Ridge Police Department.
