I had Just Better Air conditioning come because my air had gone out They replied immediately and scheduled a service time They arrived that day (on time) and had it fixed within an hour....they replaced the fan motor Travis..my serviceman, was very polite and worked very carefully and efficiently He had a very positive attitude All in all from the time I called Friday at o'clock pm to the completion of the job, 3:pm Saturday, I felt was a very quick turn around timeI kept his business card and will remember them if any future issues arrive

Our air conditioner died late afternoon on 7/24/Called ASAP Air Conditioning that early evening and spoke to the owner of the company about needing a new air conditioner installed He asked a few questions and quoted us a price saying he could have one installed next morning We set it up and we received a call 8:a.mnext day saying when they would arrive (10:a.m.) 9:a.m*** and *** arrived and introduced them selves Their manner was very polite and friendlyAt 10:a.mthe crane came I believe the drivers name was ***? They instantly set about removing our old and installing the new air conditioner The job was complete within an hour and up and running Their friendly attitudes, knowledgeable demeanor and quick response was great to see We would recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat Thank you ASAP for your wonderful work
We called this company out to our home in Val Vista Lakes and they were prompt, courteous and very professional, they had our A/C unit back in tip top condition in a matter of a few minutes Anyone who has lived without A/C for even an hour knows how miserable it can be, I highly recommend this company - Kevin was my technician and Sandy in the office was a pleasure to deal with
My wife and I bought a new A/C unit and air handler with full warrantyWe spent over dollars in the past yearsOur A/C unit went out 7/6/When I called the receptionist she said we were under warrantyWhen the A/C tech came out he charged us, dollars to come to our house, dollars to diagnosis the problem, dollars labor, and he was there less than minutes That does not include the tech charged us over dollars for the partI have emailed and called to get an explanation of this bill and why they did not cover their warrantyI have not heard back from ASAPI have receipts for the A/C unit, air handler, and service
