I am rejecting this response because: Harmony has not responded to the issue of missing siding, and defective workmanship and wood on the railing system installedThe pressurized wood has to dry to months before stained The posts took in water because the bottom was not sealed where it did not meet the cement stoop and steps The screws were not filled in and seams not sealed Additionally, one side of the main post is not cut like the other three and therefore does not have a straight line across top where it meets the ceiling I am complaining about the original install and incomplete work including holes left in the siding where previous railings were The warped molding installed around the inside of the sliding glass door took months to get replacedI asked that it be replaced but the carpenter tried gluing it to keep it straightThus attempt failed and pulled away leaving the same large long warped gap between the door frame and wood molding The replacement wood that was left at my house to be stained is missing pieces caps and ballasts and are presently in the hands of a painter to stain when the other pieces arriveI have not called Harmony to install the new wood as I never got all the pieces and was tired of chasing after months of it, canceled show dates and even including boarding a new dog for to keep from getting stressed out when the carpenter made a date to work on the railings but never showed up on either day I don't want anything more to do with this companyI has been months of many phone calls, apologies and broken dates I have changed my calendar around too many times and spent too much time making calls to continue this charade

The wood railing system we installed warped, cracked and shrank because it was not stained or painted in a timely manner after installation, it was not in our contract to stain or paint the railingWood is not a perfect building material and is predisposed to warping, shrinking and cracking when
not properly maintainedWe do not warranty the wood products installed, only our laborAfter being contacted by the customer, we decided to provide her with new railing components for her to stain or paint before installationThe customer was instructed to call us when she had the product ready for installationThis is the 1st I have heard from the customerHarmony Home Improvement will contact the customer to schedule a time to replace the railing components if they are ready

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHarmony Home Improvement came to the house and inspected the issue and made every attempt to remedy the situationI find the Harmony Home Improvement to have integrity, honesty and trustworthyness.I would like to withdraw this complaint as it was a result of miscommunication

This is the first I have heard of this issue. [redacted] should be calling the office number of ###-###-#### and we would have responded in a timely manner. [redacted] may have been calling a cell phone of a sales person who no longer works for our company. I will contact [redacted] today.

That is unfortunate because even though we were not responsible for replacing the wood that had warped because of your neglect. We decided to be be nice and provide you with new material at no additional cost and even install it for free, as long as it was pre painted or stained so there would be no future problems or accusations. If you change your mind you can call us and we will install the new product given to you at no cost.
