[redacted] SUNBELT A NO SHOW WITH GENERATOR [redacted] 2,000 PEOPLE LEFT WITH NO POWER.
DON'T RENT FROM SUNBELT RENTALS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNRELIABLE !!!!!!!
So I had a festival in Maine and needed power so I called sunbelt for a 56KW generator.I was told I could pay the delivery person cash so I arrive a little late 1 hour (5 hours drive traffic was heavy). No generator on site. I called and they said we are not delivering the generator we need a credit card now and it will be $500 extra to have the driver come out. My client pays cash and I told them I could make a deposit when I got there but I only had 4 hours until the event started. They then said were not coming. I called a local company and luckily they were more reasonable to work with.
There are many people who have had bad experiences with Sunbelt.
