I read the reviews before I went for my studyI questioned my doctor but he said it was a great establishment I have had nothing but wonderful care from themI am very glad I listened to my doctor and not what I readIt took a little bit to get my studies done and my equipment but this had nothing to do with the companyMy Insurance company was the hold upNations Sleep Center worked very hard on my behalf with my Insurance company
MY DOCTOR REFERRED ME TO THIS BUSINESS, AND I MUST SAY THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTSEY THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM CONCERNING MY ORDER TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND NOONE WILL RETURN MY CALL, I DO HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER THAT I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES ON AND NO RESULT. I AM TOTALLY UNSATIFIED WITH THIS PART OF SERVICE. I HAD MY STUDY DONE JAN 18 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED/OR MY INSURANCE COMPANT HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING AS OF TODAY.
I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS, IF I DID NOT NEED THIS I WOULD NOT BE COMPLAINING. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ANYTHING THAT IS RELATED TO THIS COMPANY. I WILL CONTACT MY DOCTOR AND GET HIM TO ORDER MY MACHINE AND SUPPLIES; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WANT TO BILL YOU AND WANT THEIR MONEY THEN DO YOUR JOB AS YOU PROMISED.
