I purchased a certified truck and immediately within the first hour of ownership noticed mechanical problemsThe dealer would not assist in repair On June 27th I purchased a certified Toyota Tundra from Nations TrucksAfter paying with a Cashier's Check on the drive home I noticed a loud squeeking in the suspention and immediately called to report the problem and see if they would either repair or returnThe owner (Victor - I think) replied saying the truck is my problem and the contract is just like a home purchase - there are no returns)after some discussions The owner agreed to buy the truck back I went to the dealership and the owner left not wanting to talk with me but had a check ready in my name for 4K less than what I paid for itthey also did not want to refund my sales tax either until I called the state tax department of revenue the people I spoke with at nations are: Eddie (Sales rep) Jeff (finance) there are two owners - I think I spoke on phone to Vi

I was shopping around for a truck and find one here at nations The sales rep Ayn was goodShe found me a truck on the lot and was very helpful The truck that I was interested in had some mechanical issues, so they were going to unload it at auction The finance guy knew this and quoted me a great deal just to get it off his lot I put down a deposit and agree to purchase the truck at the agreed offer they gave me I arrive the following Monday at 9am, take it down the street to the*** to get a diagnostic and idea of what it would cost to get it up and running I drive it back to the dealership, sat down with the sales rep and write nations the check and hand it over Now I'm on the phone with insurance getting a policy for my newly acquired(or so I thought) truck Just as I'm about to pay for the policy, the sales rep tells
