This is without doubt the worst company in Health Care ( or anywhere else). Their personnel do not have anything but the basic knowledge and, at that, it is usually wrong. It is a very disappinting that Aetna is locked in with this terrible company. As to my own hearing s which they sold me, they have no information as to sale date model, etc. The files are noticeably incorrect or in my case, mostly blank. As we are dealing with our health, there is no excuse for this gross stupidity. I have complained to Aetna number of times and received no assurance of providing better hhealth care than from Nations.THIS COMPANY MUST BE REPLACED!
