I purchased a trip for my son on Tour # [redacted] for class trip to [redacted] ** I also purchased a Full Refund program in the event anything happened especially due to illness, injury, etcI would be able to receive a refund On Day of departure, 4/25/, My son started getting sick vomiting, stomach issues, headache, weakness, etconce he had boarded the bus and I was notified by him and also spoke to AsstPrincipal I proceeded to start driving toward [redacted] on 4/25/and being approxhours behind the bus I finally was able to meet up with the bus in Springfield , Virginia at the hotel I was instructed by AsstPrincipal that I should notify Nations Classroom immediately via email and explain situation and since I purchased the refund program I should be entitled to a refundOn 4/26/I received an email from Jen in Customer service they needed to hear from the School staff to verify my story and would get back to me On 4/27/I received a follow up email f
