I have bad experience with them . I only wanted to have pay off letter on MY mortgage. I requested 5 times. Today I have a closing and no pay off letter. They told me after 45 min on call that will not be ready for another 4 hours. Very bad experience. I would NOT do mortgage with them at all.
If you can avoid getting a mortgage with this company I would recommend that you do. Every time I try working with them on refinancing, PMI, or bills, it is always a terrible experience. They do some questionable business practices in my opinion.
