Company has not refunded my security deposit and refuses to provide information of the status of the refund nor return my calls, texts, emails
I rented a property from Jul 2014-Oct31, of which JJCMH managed, and fulfilled all obligations of the lease and vacating regulations, leaving in good standingsThere was a walk out inspection on November 2, and I was informed by the manager that I will be issued a copy of the final report within a couple weeks (estimated by the second week of November 2017) to include carpet cleaning, bedroom door repair, countertop repairThe terms were that my security deposit of $minus the cost of repairs (as listed above) would be issued to me within days of move out (December 15, 2017)
Since not receiving updates, inspection report, deposit refund by December 2017, I called, texted and emailed that manager to inquire He stated although there was a delay, he did submit everything for my refund to be processed and I should expect
I was renting a property managed under them, and it was the worst year contract I have ever been inI was forced to go with out any water in my kitchen for a whole monththerefore having to walk my dishes up to my bathroom to wash them because JJC management wanted to take there time to get a plumber out to meFINALLY a plumber came out fixed the issueRight before all of this the dishwasher motor went out so that was broken and waiting to be replaceAfter the plumbing was working again the owner of the property was the one who ended up coming to replace the dishwasheri was able to talk to him and he was unaware of the issues that were happening, he said he recieved numerous repair bills all at onceThat is why he came to install the dishwasher himself and see what was going onNow after the lease is over a couple weeks later JJC managment still owes me half a months rent due to an agreementAnd I highly doubt I will be seeing my security deposit any time soondue to the face they do not return calls, and every time I call they have the receptionist tell me they are unavailable to speak to meI HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM
