When we initially talked to *** *** concerning the repairs on his vehicle he was asked if he wanted to keep his original hood or if he wanted us to exchange it for a new one*** *** chose to keep his original hood because his insurance company paid for an after market hoodThe after market
hood is a cheap imitation made in TaiwanIt looks the same but it's a lot thinner and it doesn't fit like it shouldAlthough insurance paid to replace hood, its up to the customer to decide if he wants hood replaced or fixedIt is a lot easier and less time consuming for us to replace it but we went out of our way and fixed it to please himWe got paid under $to replace hoodWe would have charged about $to fix a hood in that conditionWe told customer we would fix all the dents on his hood using the paintless dent repair method which was used to repair the rest of the vehicleIt was clearly explained to *** *** that we would NOT paint his hood*** *** was pleased with all the work performed on his vehicle but he was upset because his hood has chips on the paintWe explained to him that the chips on the hood were due to rocks which is VERY common*** *** refused to believe that it was possible for a car to be on the road for years and not get any rock chips on hood and demanded we paint itWe explained to him that he was given the option to replace or repair and he chose repair which did NOT include paintI explained to *** *** that if the paintless dent repair method had caused the hood chips like he claimed, the rest of the car would have them too because the entire car was fixed the same way We went way out of our way for this customerWe waived his $deductible, we normally waive up to $onlyWe fixed a huge dent on his trunk that was not hail related and insurance did not pay us to fix, we ended up having to paint his entire trunkWe bought moldings for his car that his insurance did not cover, we detailed his car inside and out including engine, we bought a more expensive grill for his car because his was out of stock and was gonna take months to get inI share this with you to show you that we aren't out to take advantage of him in any wayIf we were taking advantage of him, we would not have done any of thisI offered to paint his hood for him but he would have to pay half of his deductible and he declinedHe started calling and texting me late in the eveningsI asked him to stop numerous timesI ended up having to call the police and they called him and he finally stoppedHe is known in town to be this type of person and has been kicked out of businesses because he loves to complain and make scenesI talked to his insurance company and they agreed and said we didn't do anything wrongI also have a copy of a form he signed which states he had reviewed work performed on his vehicle and he is satisfied and accepts the work performedAt this point, we will NOT touch his vehicle anymore, even if he pays usWe are not interested in doing any type of business with this type of individual.Here are some pictures of his signatureOne is of him accepting and being satisfied with the workThe second is his signature on the receipt we provided him which is the same signature and the last picture shows that insurance paid is under $to our a cheap aftermarker hood which he declinedWe would have charged at least $to fix a hood in that conditionPlease look up pdr (paintless dent repair) and you'll see that this method does NOT chip paintIn fact, we don't touch the surface of the vehicleIt's fixed from underneathPlease visit our website at *** for more infoThank you

Had a great experience with Nationwide Auto Hail Repair. I happened to see them set up at a tent location in San Antonio and noticed the $0 deductible sign. I pulled in and Luke assisted me with my questions and concerns every step of the way and he even drove me too three different enterprise locations because it was a Saturday and they close at 12. He waited for me to ensure I was able to get my rental. He informed me that it may take a few days maybe more but this was less time quoted to me vs any of the other repair shops. He keep me updated with the progress of my vehicle and was up front about everything. My lightbulb was out in my left tail light and just because he wasn't sure if it was due to them or if it been there prior, he took it upon himself to replace it right then and there on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Luke!!!
