The service has been booked and his vehicle was schedule to be picked up, Then the customer called and ask to hold with the pickup date, He called months later to book the service again and he was told that it could be that we will have a small diffrent on the price since the quoted price was based on rate that we got months ago, We sent email to the customer that we have a schedule based on the new date and he never respond I guess he booked the service with another company At Nationwide Auto Transportation our goal is to keep our customers satisfied with there transportation , In this case we never been contact by the customer to resolved this meter , I would like to find out with the customer if he will accept a refund of $back on his card to close the compliant We also have a lost into this job since it was booked already and the vehicle was not available until months later This is out offer hope to keep you as a customer and provide you with a service in the future Thank you

Nationwide auto transportation is a Broker office for this reason we never guaranteed the dates since we are depended on the carriersWe can have a delay and we are very clear on this part you can read again the terms and conditions that you sign for when you booked the service, In most cases the schedule is accurate but some times there is a delay because weather conditions, mechanical issues' ext, That's something that can happen with every company in this businessCa it is estimated in your case the driver was able to pickup the vehicle on the date but you ask to hold on the pickup, And that you will call on later date when you called on later date to book the service the schedule based on your preferences was not available and we offer a different date that didn't work for youAbout our customer service I don't have any record that you called and was not able to talk to manager you welcome to call any time include now and ask for me David, I am here to provide you with the best customer service and to work out on your concernI understand that you are not happy with the service for this reason I am welling to refund your deposit, But that's not acceptable at the same time that you file this compliant against Nationwide Auto Transportation and we ask to remove that compliant please

Nationwide Auto Transportation is Auto shipping Broker we schedule with a 3rd party to pickup the vehicle on the 18th they have a short delay only of one day , As we have and we been very clear on our terms and conditions truck is on the road
and sometimes there is a delay based on weather and repair that is unexpected , The pickup and the delivery date is not guaranteed and they our estimated we have listed on the terms and conditions the customer above is accept Nationwide auto transportation policy and we our not taking any of the cost based on customer arrangement since this pickup was in the period time of delay only one day(when we have up to days delay) , If the customer was unhappy he could cancel before we picked up his car, please review our terms and conditions that is listed on our website and we asking this compliant to be remove immediately since it's against the customer accept of our terms and conditions

based on rate that we got 2 months ago, We sent email to the customer that we have a schedule based on the new date and he never respond I guess he booked the service with another company . I am rejecting this response because:  Business is not reflecting what actually transpired in this situation.  I called to schedule a transport during a specific date range when I was in town.  Company said they had a driver, I reserved the booking and paid the broker fee.  When I was contacted by the driver they attempted pickup on a completely different date range when I was out of town already.  Driver told me I would need to contact the broker because he was clear with his availability.  Company misrepresented the driver and its ability to arrange a transport during that timeframe.I later tried to reschedule the pickup, was told they had a driver.  Driver contacted me and said he would not be able to pick up the vehicle on the specific date because he had a mechanical issue.  I was never contacted about rescheduling and never received a response.  When I attempted to contact the company by phone earlier I was given the run around (transferred to different people)  told the boss would call me back and then hung up on.
