I's funny Mr P*** never asked me for proof of funds, he keeps talking about that so why did he take the money from me,If he knew"I did not have the money"My guess he don't have my money he spend it on vacation his business is only a few mouths old and struggling his own bills I'v looked in to his back ground he pray's on people who don't know much and talk them in to bad deals then steals they moneyAnd we fine out all about his bad deals as a business brokerNobody is trying anything this can all go away I NEED MY MONEY BACK

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because Mr P*** is a liarI have all the email and text from Mr P*** where he said that he would return the money to me he also went on vacation and email me saying when he return he would send me a tracking# for my check this is not an ethical broker he has no grounds to keep my money because" he said I did not have the money to buy the business" why did he take my check and deposit it in his account also the letter of Intent IS NOT A CONTRACT and has to be agreed upon all parties the seller sold his business to someone else

Hi,Once again he tried to deceive the owner and I by telling me that the owner would be open to partnership with him in running the business. While I was away and unaware, [redacted] didn't even have a quarter of the funds needed to purchase the business. [redacted] is someone who is trying to ruin our reputation over this whole matter that could of been simply resolved in the beginning and would have avoided costing all parties money and time.
