We purchased windows from Euro tech windows approx 7-years agoMay of 2014, I noticed of the sealed glass windows were full of moisture, condensation buildupCalled their customer service department numerous times between May and Nov Still never got any serviceI was ignored, given every excuse they could come up with not to provide any warranty for replacement glassKept calling all summer into the late fall and finally gave up out of frustrationThey wouldn't return our calls, didn't seem capable of scheduling an appointment to replace the windows (every time I asked to schedule an appointment there computer wasn't working or they said they would have to get back to me, which of course they never did)Refused to come to our house to even look at the defective windowsI was told it take months to order the replacement glass, then it would end up brokenApparently they broke the replacement glass a couple of timesWe were just given the run around all summer last yearI told them we need to buy more windows and I asked them why would buy from them, they couldn't even answer *** They obviously don't what to honour there warranty at allVery dissappointing and frustrating***
I ordered some pens from this company after they did a cold call to my businessThey were very helpful and nice on the phone and my order was great and arrived in a timely mannerI would do business with this company again
