I am rejecting this response because it is false.We have email records, phone records, dispatch records, police report, GPS tracking on the vehicle, and a voluntary written report from our driver directly after the incident as well as follow up questioningOur driver is a part time driver, who works at a drug screening facility during the week His record with us is perfect, and he has been more that forthcoming with all of the facts I have no reason to doubt his clear and consistently same recounting of the facts I can not say that for the clients facts, which records show are not consistentOur driver confirms that he did not go to the bathroom, but the guest didHe was never out of sight of our vehicle[redacted] 's concerns were immediately dealt with from the first phone call The staff is well able to take care of these kinds of issues As the owner, I am not always immediately available to respond to every situationThat is why I have a staff, and they were more than responsive at all timesIf our company has done something wrong, or failed in some way, I am the first to jump and make it rightWe have thousands of happy clients, even when things may go not as expectedI have gladly given refunds, discounts and free services when we have let down our clients in some way due to unforeseen circumstancesI do not believe this is one of those times.SincerelyBrooke M***

I am rejecting this response because:
it is false, again. They have phone recordsIf *** *** took the time to listen to my conversations with her staff then she would not say that my "concerns were immediately dealt with"My first interaction with her staff included me being lied to and not helped in any waySubsequent conversations were equally unhelpfulI have already outlined them thoroughly in a detail of events that I sent to herFrom her most recent response it seems as though she has not even taken the time to read it, as I expected. They have GPS tracking on the vehicleIf they looked at the tracking information they would see how their driver took an extra trip from DC to College Park and back to drive my guest without my knowledge or consentThis was a service that I paid for, not my guestsOnce again, he is not responsible for her, I amThe GPS tracking information wont show how only half of my guests were driven back, because the other half found other transportation home when the driver allowed their belongings to be stolen."Our driver confirms that he did not go to the bathroom"The inclusion of this statement just proves to me that she does not take this matter seriouslyAt least not seriously enough to read my statements with any sort of careI never said he went to the bathroomMy guest *** went into the bathroom in 7-while he went inside to buy cigarettesApparently buying cigarettes takes longer than using the bathroom because my guest returned to the party bus before their driver didI have no doubt that the driver was in fact out of sight of the vehicleHow else would our belongings be stolen? This is yet again a denial of something that obviously occurredThis is not a scam, and my guests and girlfriend are not delusionalThey left their belongings on the bus and they were not there when we got back."If our company has done something wrong, or failed in some way, I am the first to jump and make it right." I guess it takes about a week for her to jump because I wasn't contacted by her until after six days of me making constant calls to her staff asking to speak to herAnd when I was contacted it was not to "make it right", it was simply to tell me that they are not responsible for what was stolen, and to stop bothering her staff with calls, even though the only reason I kept calling was to get her email address which they refused to give me. "I have gladly given refunds, discounts, and free services when we have let down our clients in some way"I have already outlined it for her, but I will do so againHere is how her company let me, their client, down:Their driver drove my guest without my knowledge or consentTheir driver was negligent, and left his party bus unlocked, allowing our belongings to be stolenThis was after telling me we can leave them on the busI was lied to by the staff, told that they had spoken to their driver by one person and then told the opposite by a supervisorI was told I would be called back and never called, told I would be contacted by the owner via phone on one day and never contactedI went through so much with their staff calling them just about every day for six days just to get into contact with their ownerMy girlfriend and I have the same birthday, and we though renting a party bus would be a great way to celebrate our 21stNationwide Chauffeured Services ruined our birthday weekendThey caused my party to lose thousands of dollars worth of merchandise that had to be replaced, along with car and house locksI deserve my money back, at the very least

Our company has been in the family since 1988. In that time, we have seen many clients, such as these, who try to scam their way into getting a refund. Our driver did nothing wrong, and in fact we went above and beyond to give good customer services to these clients.  As the story is long, and...

complicated, I will just give some highlights as to why this is a scam:Every account by the client about that evening has different facts. First, the lady [redacted] was not their guest, the numbers of supposed jackets stolen has varied in each account (including the police report), and what was said and done changes with each writing. Sometimes he even says several sets of keys or phones were missing. Before [redacted] came to the front seat, she was in the back where all the clients sit.  Our driver saw 2 jackets, one of which she got the keys out of. No one put more jackets in the vehicle.Our driver went above and beyond to take care of their guest when she wasn't allowed in the club because she didn't have I.D., even to the point of buying her a phone charger and cigarettes (which she promised to reimburse him later) and taking her back to the car. Here her purse was.The only time the driver left the vehicle in any capacity, was directly in front of the 7-11, where he had full view of the vehicle, only bought her cigarettes and charger at the counter and returned within 3 min. Not enough time for anyone to do anything to our vehicle.When [redacted] lost the keys of the gentleman, he was highly irate. There was a lot of screaming and crying. After that, someone decided to say they had jackets missing. Yet when they all got into the vehicle after being picked up from the club, not one person said anything.When my driver saw all of this happening, he called the police because he could see the situation devolving and wanted it documented. The clients did not call the police They were basically forced to make a report. My driver called the police a 2nd time when he dropped off the clients at their cars because of their drunken and belligerent behavior.Possibly the clients were not happy because the driver would not let them smoke marijuana in the vehicle when they asked. Possibly they spent too much money in the club and thought they could scam us into reimbursing the trip. Whatever the case, every company in our business has seen this scenario before. I have requested the client to please have their attorney contact me at my email where he has already written me.
