Review: Company did not provide a report on the chimney inspection that it conducted on ** November 2014, for which payment ($309.89) was made. After queries by email on ** and ** November, two phone calls in early December, with promises to provide the report by * and ** December, respectively, and a further email query to the Company on ** December, no report has been provided. My last email communication to the Company on ** December has not received an answer.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to deliver full services for the payment rendered. If the company is not in a position to do so, then it should issue a refund ($309.89).
