Warning Coins not received!
Pat our salesman made us ship to our apartment inspite of our fears, since we definitely would not be at home for delivery. Pat informed us that Fed Ex would not deliver if we were not at home but would hold it at the named Fed Ex location. He told us that we would be given a tracking number upon shipment So we could keep track of it. None of this happened but the $2,000 was withdrawn from our account. We haven’t received it contrary to Nationwide Coins opinion! The person Don Fogo that we were instructed to e-mail will not answer our e-mails when we called the company Corey Morris answered said they were on lock down and basically would not help us and referred us to Don Fogo’s e-mail while we could his car’s seat belt warning was going off!

I recently bought 1/oz gold coins from this company at a very good price I was wary of this purchase because of the less than stellar reviews and low price Since I used a credit card I felt protected enough to make the purchaseI was surprised that the order call went well with no bait & switch My credit card was charged right away though I was told to expect 2-weeks shipping Still a little nervous, I planned to call & check on the order after two weeks, but the package arrived two weeks to the day after the order was placed The coins arrived FedEx with signature required and were all US coins as ordered Nicely packaged in plastic flip holders My buying experience was A+

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint sans-serif;"> [redacted] Sent: Thursday, September 22, 2:AM [redacted] ***Subject: RE: [redacted] cancellation and full refund/ Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted] This is to confirm that we have received the $refund listed belowThis is a good start, but I am by no means completely satisfied, as the overall problem still exists Nationwide Coin and Bullion Reserve employs “account executives” such as “Larry [redacted] ” who use persistent, high-pressure, badgering techniques designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of innocent, gullible elderly people like my 89-yr-old mom, LylaThis is unconscionableI am stunned that people like this are allowed to continue to do “business.” I would like Don [redacted] to offer to allow us to return for full refunds the other $worth of coins that [redacted] was persuaded to buy over the past few monthsThese coins have never been taken out of their protective plastic cases and are in perfect conditionPlease see invoice NCBR-dated 4/8/($2990.00) and invoice NCBR-dated 7/9/($2995.00)Please tell me how to proceed with the return and refund Don [redacted] states that [redacted] has been placed on the DO NOT CALL listAgain, this is a good start, but I want to hear him state that “Larry [redacted] ” specifically will never call, harass, intimidate, or in any other way stalk [redacted] (or anyone else) ever again Regards,

We have honored customer request to refund the full purchase price per his request

A refund check has issued and returned to Mr [redacted] He acknowledged receipt of the check and states he still has NCBR in a favorable lightThis complaint should be dismissed

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I would also like to note that the company never told me they would refund overcharged amountAfter one week and not receiving refund I filed complaintIf not for the Revdex.com I feel the company would have drawn this out until I disputed charges with my credit card company Thanks for being there, [redacted]

Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve, Incstands behind the coins sold to customersThis customer and NCBR have finalized the return of coins and full refundReturn instructions have been emailed to customer Compliance Director and customer have spoken and emailed several times to resolve to customer satisfactionCustomers should contact Floor Manager, Eric ***, when desiring to return coins and avoid any complaint issues

Agreed to buy a coin told her state hold the credit card number so we could think about it and they went ahead and charge the credit card without her permission and it took weeks to get the money back on your credit card obviously a way to get money upfront for their business when we called they said they had no customer service department no billing department and also said that they fired the guy that did this to our card sent us a crazy letter saying that they fired him everything was so shady bad bad business I would say scam alert on this one

As is the case with all NCBR coin purchases, NCBR stands behind its coin pricesAny customer should contact our customer service Sales Manager prior to filing a complaint wherein customer concerns may be resolved immediately and faster The Customer Service Sales Manager spoke with Ms [redacted] Shepherd and all have agreed upon on returning some of the purchased coins and along with a full refund on the returned coinsCustomer is to return the coins to NCBR wherein the coins will be verified and refund processed

From: Don Fogo Sent: Tuesday, January 12, 10:AMTo: [email protected]'; drteamCc: Don FogoSubject: [redacted] The above referenced complainant has attempted on many occasions to purchase the 1/ozGold American eagle coins from Nationwide CoinsThe ad in question as well as all of the ads by Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve limits any advertised coins to ten per householdThis limitation is prevalent in ads of other coin companiesThis complainant has attempted many times to purchase these coins and this attempt is not equitable as he is trying to take advantage of the situationHe has already purchased ten (10) coins previously and does not deny itWe wish Mr [redacted] the best but the limit is a well known fact in the coin business and must be strictly adhered to for the integrity of all concernedI do not see any violation for following the advertised limitaionDonald Fogo Director Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve, Inc
