Review: Recently, my credit was pulled as I am pursuing refinancing my home. Nationwide was listed with an outstanding collection of $245.00. My lender requested that I pay the outstanding charge and request that they delete it from my report upon reciept of my payment. When I called on 10/**/14, I spoke with [redacted] (###-###-####) and she indicated that they would not delete the reference as it was "credit bartering". The best that they could do was send my lender a letter and update my credit report with a PAID IN FULL status (which they update every two weeks).Desired Settlement: The charge was an oversight on my part and I accept the responsibility to pay it. I do take exception with it going to a collection agency without any notice. However, I merely want it removed from my credit report.

Review: well bill was from payday loan check into cash valparaiso in wasnt enough in bank so made payments paid.they dont call me have a [redacted] from cell say to call them then I call said paid sent info I owe say they dont do that threating me with fraud and court and none true or received anything say owe extra for finding feeDesired Settlement: first bill check paid so dont need them have friends call me
