This job was completed in and has a five year labor warrantyThe shingle warranty is not valid due to being installed on wallThis is the only product approved by HOA and we expressed our concerns to bothWe have continued to repair shingles out of warranty since we decided to complete work knowing the product was not intended for applicationOn June 26th I was at property and spoke to Owner and Marina on phone ( daughter who issued complaint )At that point she did advise she made complaint and would with drawWe came up with a plan to repair and when we went out to do they asked us to come back due to a funeral and family coming overToday is 7/25/and we are making repairs to day and will have complete[redacted] ***
