Review: On 1/20 I made arrangements with this company to make a $100.00 payment to be deducted from my account on 1/24. The [redacted] was submitted to my bank on 1/22 instead of 1/24 as agreed. I have tried to contact them 2 times today, both times recieved recorded messages, "they are closed", so I left a message with them. Because this check was deposited prematurely it will cause 2 of my purchases, to generate overdraft fees. I was trusting they would process the [redacted] as agreed and they did not.Desired Settlement: $68.00, the amount of overdraft fees caused by their early transaction.

Review: Nationwide Credit Recovery is a collection agency. They have received funds from accounts that we sent to them and have not turned the funds over to usDesired Settlement: Bring us up to date on all accounts and send our portion of the collected funds to us

Review: I have requested information regarding an account I hold with Nationwide Credit Recovery on several occasions. I have left numerous messages to return my calls, and sent letters. I am requesting information regarding accounts that I have sent to the Collection Agency. I have not received a listing of my accounts, nor information regarding account status. I am also looking for information regarding amounts collected on my behalf that I do not believe I have been compensated for. I believe that there may be unethical business practices being performed.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the company relinquish all information regarding my account immediately. I would like this information in written format.
