Nationwide Doc Prep does nothing a consumer can't accomplish themselves by contacting the company providing their student loans. Nationwide Doc Prep made promises to reduce my student loan payments based on accurate income information I provided them. After paying the fee I received no information other than a request to consolidate my student loans. I received no response to my email and when I called, the employee handling my case was never available. When they finally contacted me all they did was conduct a three-way call with my loan originator. My loan originator set the payment based on my information. Do not waste your money with a business like this, as far as I'm concerned this borders on a scam.
