Nationwide Exteriors

On February 17, 2023, I signed a contract with Nationwide Exteriors to replace the siding on my home. I provided a deposit of $5,000 which cleared my bank on February 28, 2023. Over the course of two months now, I have sent five separate text messages to my sales person asking that he contact me to schedule the work. I have sent two emails to the customer support email address with the company, cc'ing my sales person. I have left perhaps 3-4 voicemails with their national phone system (no one live ever answered).
I have received absolutely ZERO contact in return.
In essence, this company took $5,000 from me and disappeared. I regret my interaction with them.
I will be taking legal action to recover those funds from Nationwide Exteriors and will do better research to find a contractor who can be relied on to follow through and to maintain appropriate contact with their customers. I will never do business with this company again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Nationwide Exteriors and Aaron my contact agent. He was informative, friendly, reliable and most importantly trustworthy. He made this potentially challenging experience easy and rewarding.
