I decided to out Mike Patton Honda after hearing a few good things about themI started my process through them by letting them know which make and model of the vehicle I was interested inI was told they did not have the vehicle in their inventory and that it was have to be shippedI was fine with this, especially since it was the vehicle I wantedI was then notified that it would cost anywhere from $500-$to get the vehicle shipped to themIn my head I thought this was an awful lot, but like I said I wanted the vehicle that I wantedAfter given this information they asked to run a credit reportI was fine with this, but I notified I DO NOT want them sending it multiple banks, especially ones that were not knownI was told that I would have to wait until Bob the financial guy ran my credit and we could move on to the next processWell, after two days I didn’t hear from anyone (after being told they would call me back that afternoon) I was losing interest in even giving a company like this my moneyI decided this wasn’t a place I wanted to buy my vehicle from because they just didn’t seem interested in getting my money obviouslyMaking a long story short, I finally get a phone call from them saying I didn’t qualify, and that if I wanted a vehicle through them I would have to put down a hefty down payment
I ended up qualifying for a brand new Honda (the exact one I wanted), with a great APR rate, NO down payment and everything else I wanted from another Honda dealership locallyThey didn’t have the vehicle in stock but shipped it for FREE.I had absolutely no issues with the Honda in my local area
I had high hopes for Mike Patton but their business practices are SHADY! I would not recommend anyone going here

We were looking for a quality carpet equal to the one that we were replacing The salesman brought one that we felt was not as high of a quality, but he assured us that it indeed was "this is the best quality that is made nowequal to the one we had on the floor" After settling for this carpet we have found the quality is not even close and we were, frankly, sold a bill of goods Not a company that is worthy of your business

I would like to take a time out to give a shout Out to E&R Auto Sales. I went to a others in the past, but they went Above & Beyond to help me find the perfect car suited for me! Another shout out to MARK. He was a awesome sales person. Very curtous and nice. They work with you, shooting straight from the truth ! No bs I was pleased. I have a couple family members looking for cars, and I have sent them to you all!
