for the complainantMy company is small and I am personally aware of all jobs quoted or undertakenIt appears that a former employee, who had been laid-off on October 2nd, 2015, used quote sheets from my company, without my permission, to quote the workSkycore Plumbing and Heating Inc did not have any form of communication with the complainant and certainly did not quote or perform any of this workIn addition, Skycore did not receive any installment payments
