This company refuse to give a Written price on their work , They are only interest in getting my insurance claim. Also I have text message showing they are Disrespectful toward me and my wife. I refuse to business with company. I contacted their Owner, So far he has not my call. This company are Storm Chaser looking to rip off people.

Unfortunately, *** is in breach of our contract and is unhappy with the fact I will not release him from our agreement. On 12/27/19, *** signed a AOB with Nationwide General Contracting (Maryland) agreeing to allow Nationwide to meet with his *** adjuster, assist with settling his hail claim and in exchange Nationwide would perform the work in accordance with the agreed work scope provided by *** Insurance. Nationwide met with ***'s adjuster, ordered Hover reports, and arrived at an agreed price with *** of $26,334.67. As soon as we got the approval *** wants to cancel our contract. Nationwide has acted in good faith. We have lived up to our contractual responsibilities. Now *** wants to find a different contractor to do the work so he can either pocket some of the insurance money or so he can get extra work completed that is not approved by ***. On 2/6/20 I spoke with *** and he told me that he has no integrity and will not be honoring the agreement he signed. This is not acceptable. I will be forwarding this to my legal team and allow the court system to make a decision. I believe *** is in breach of our contract and is trying to profit from the insurance loss. In his complaint he states "This company are Storm Chaser looking to rip off people." My question is, how is Nationwide ripping off people if you are getting your home restored for your $1000 deductible? That sounds like a good deal to me. Desired Resolution: I am very proud of how our team worked on this claim. We did a great job. It's not right that *** used Nationwide and our resources and now wants to cancel our contract. Either *** can follow through on our original contract or we can let the courts decide. I can't allow a customer to take advantage of our expertise. Our position is still the same. *** wants to profit from the claim. Our agreement was NR will assist with the settlement of the claim and exchange NR would perform the work.
