Dear Sir;These customer Husband and wife are rude as they can bee and that,s the reason I told them I don,t need their business and she should get out of my office,They were reffed by their warranty company and we replaced their power steering pump and tensioner and one of the pulleysWe bought the power steering pump from [redacted] of Rockville and they had to get one from out of state, so their claim about after market part is absolutely wrong and bogusI explained to them several times they should change the over size and aftermarket wheels on this car otherwise they will have problem with steering and if they do not change these wheels the warranty on their power steering will be void and by law we shared the same info with warranty companyaccording to Preferred warranty any modification to the vehicle will void warranty and that,s why they are mad aboutAs far as unauthorized charge , it was reimbursed to warranty company to be paid back to customer, so we don,t have to see the customerSo the power steerings original from [redacted] of Rockville and the nose they are hearing is from the pulley we did,nt change and I personally showed it to the customer.Thank you Bruce

Dear [redacted] Purchase this [redacted] on 01/11/This [redacted] was Maryland inspected by Md certified inspector and had no issues with the tire and wheels and [redacted] had no problem with the wheels and tires for almost days after the purchase.On Feb 5th, [redacted] called David the sales person that work with him and told him about his claim and the salesperson told him very nicely that days warranty dose not cover tires and he will talk to me to see what we can do for himI told the salesperson have him bring the vehicle by so we can have the mechanic to inspect the vehicle and at this time [redacted] told David he will not bring the vehicle back and he has to take his word for it and then he went on the deep end and told the salesperson " he will come and shot everyone and bum the place " and the salesperson hang the phone upIt is our position that [redacted] has cause the damage to tire by driving over a pot hole and that's how he got bump on the tire side wallalthough our days or miles warranty only cover engine and transmission, if he wanted any special treatment he should have gave us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before he has done any work.Thank you Bruce j [redacted]

and her husband, that there was a typical error in the contract and Gateway one and lending will not honer the contract unless it is corrected and resent back to themWe have made every possible attempt to work with *** *** in order to correct this error .*** *** have made several demands and then change the demandsI personally told them that a sales person will meet them at their house to resign the contract but incited of cooperation ,she demanded moneyAt this time its been months that she has not made any attempt to make a payment on this vehicle.nationwide Import is he lien holder on this vehicle, and according to contract she has to pay $per week for weeks and it will not come to $as she per claimShe must understand she will not get a free vehicle because of a typo.Thanks Behrooz J

I am rejecting this response because:Because we have a receipt from [redacted] dealer that stated the pump does not look new.  I already sent a receipt from [redacted] that on bottom of 1st page states (power steering pump does not look new, only the belt tensioner looks to be new. Also on 2nd page states (the torx head for the belt tensioner is damaged, remove and replace idler pulley and belt) When trying to install belt hex head stripped out of tensioner from previous damage. I had to pay for new plulley and labor. 2nd time in 2 months not needed if they had replaced it correctly and with right tools. That's why the belt came off and we almost got killed. He can show you a receipt for the part (he has a used car dealership) that does not mean he put the new pump in my vehicle.   (SEE ATTACHED INVOICE FROM [redacted]) Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I was the one who suggested for someone from dealership to come to my house not you, and it was rejected by you, do you see what are you doing? You are escalating this issue further and further, it started with my rightful request for tank of gas to correct your mistake, but you by your refusal to make the things right made this a mess, I bought the car for fun but instead I get a headache because of you. Yes I think you owe me, you owe me for threats you have made and still making, you owe me for changing a contract on me, you owe me for making this otherwise easy transaction into a nightmare.You need to come to your senses and understand that you have cause this problem and you need to make it right.
