If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered 3 tilt truck lids back in october and it is now january and no lids! I have called and e-mailed many, many times with the promise that they will "get back to me" with a status and ship date. I was finally promised it would ship no later than jan 16th and I would get no later than the 21st. Well here it is, the 21st and I am calling again! She now promises by the end of the week - well- ya, no thanks! I have found them some place else (while on hold with them waiting for an answer!) and have ordered them there. Awful customer service- do not order from these people you will never see your order. Now I will see how long it will take to get a refund as I paid for these things back in october!

Ordered items 2 months ago. Still no delivery date or explanation of exactly what the problem is. Only answer they can give me is they are experiencing "operational delays". Only communication is when I contact them. Very poor customer service. Probably the last time I will use them for anything.
I'm now going through the same issue. I Ordered a cart on 04/03/2018, here it is 06/18/2018. The Only info. I've been able to get is what I dragged out of them. I received a date that my items will ship July 09, that they had a material shortage. Little do they know I work in the manufacturing business as well, and it does not take over three months to get a product out the door. If and when I get my order it will be my last, and the companies last.
Review: Our businbess ordered a HARPER gas cylinder hand truck (338-MG-270C). It was delivered without the stand. If you go to the website you will see this model is advertised with the stand. http://www.nationwideindustrialsupply.com/view_product_part.cgi?product_part_id=...⇄ No where on the web page does it state the stand is "sold seperately." The price for this model (pictured) was $138.88 plus S/H. When I contacted customer service after receiving this (without the stand), he (jason) informed me this is sold seperately, and sent me a quote for another $65.75 for the accessory stand. We want what was pictured, for that price. It appears this is false advertising practices.Desired Settlement: To send us the stand for this model hand truck, with its nuts and bolts. Also, this should be provided free of charge. OR, refund our credit card purchase, and pay for the return shipping of this item.
