Nationwide Life Tax Credit Partners 2007-A

I Cancelled my insurance policy with Nationwide on March 12,2014. I have a copy of the signed cancellation that was done via Echosign. I also have the emails regarding this cancelation. I then have since received some papers recently (from my former room-mate) saying I never cancelled this policy and another paper stating I never paid at the end of March. This is true, I was waiting for a prorated appropriate final bill. This should have been in my favor since Nationwide (as all insurances) bill one month in advance. But I had not received a final bill or a refund.
