I needed to borrow money and I called Nationwide. Regina took over my credit application, was very pleasant and got my loan approved. Ester was the person I met to sign the documents. She was very attentive, understanding, show me a lot of support and was the best customer service agent I have ever dealt with. She was awesome.

The whole process was smooth and easy bith Ester and Regina did a wonderful job explaining everything and helping get the loan that I needed. They were as nice as could be and.very knowledgeable.
