LG Appliance Rebate is a SCAM
I recently bought 5 LG Appliances through Jessup's Appliance in Venice Florida. I purchased LG mainly because of the rebates. There are (2) rebates; 1) Rebate through LG USA and the US Website.
2) Nationwide Marketing which is connected through the Appliance store; Jessup's.
The issue is with number 2 NATIONWIDE MARKETING. Horrible company to deal with. I've tried no less than 10 times to get resolution, they kept rejecting the invoice for reasons that are not rationale. When I finally got he invoice the way they wanted they DECLINED the rebate because I submitted too many invoices, there is NO way to delete the ones they didn't like. Calling them you end up talking with someone in Guatemala who barely speak English. When I requested to escalate they told me there is no way to escalate and it's not an issue they can help with. You can not get a hold of anyone in the US for this company because they keep bouncing you to their horrible support system. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

They didn't initially send us a bill after applying for credit and getting approved. So we were late our first payment. After contacting them for our first payment they said the next bill would reflect our payment that was made. So we waited for the next bill to see make sure the payment showed. We never got a bill, they don't send bills most of the time so you better Keep track on your own. Late fees go threw the roof and they are NOT customer friendly. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company for financing.

Review: Originally received a rebate Visa card for $200.00 for a newly purchased appliance. Upon activating the card, there was only $75.08 on the card, with a $124.92 charge to a Motel 6 hotel in Ventura, CA. This charge was on the card BEFORE I RECEIVED IT AND BEFORE I ACTIVATED IT. I called the customer service line and they said they would reissue a new card, but I would have to fill out cardholder dispute form. They did NOT indicate that the new card would not have the full amount of $200. The second card was received, activated and again, only $75.08 was on the card. I spoke with a supervisor (Kaycee A[redacted]) who informed that it would take 45-90 days to settle the dispute, despite the fact that the charge was made prior to me activating the card (and receiving it). I asked for a new card with the full $200 amount and they refused. There is no way we could have made the charge on the card without 1) having the card and 2) activating it. Obviously someone had the number prior to sending it to me and made the charge.Desired Settlement: I just want the $200 card sent out as it should have been done initially.
