I called in June to place an order It took one month for the paper work to be submitted to my insurance company no order yet
If I could give this company a ZERO I wouldI called in June to place an order It took one month for the paper work to be submitted to my insurance companyon July I placed the order with Jason Roberts the VP of the call center It is now August 2nd and I have not received the order and when I called today Jamie: XXXXXXXXXX the assistant call center manager could not help me and said he would get back to me in a couple of hours This company is owned by *** ***, and is representing himself as a veteran of the United StatesIf this is how a veteran represents the medical industry and customers the United States is in TroubleEach time I call back I am place on the electronic voice system DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Nationwide Medical began billing me in late summer for January items that were covered by insurance They refuse to respond to my repeated requests that they remedy the problem Their billing practices are incompetent at best, but likely fraudulent considering the reports of others against them for the same pattern of late and erroneous billing with zero response A close friend had a bill suddenly appear, attempted to fix the problem (his was covered by insurance as well) and they sent his account to a collection agency I believe someone should look closely at this company's books as it accepts medicare and medical, as well as other insurance, and repeatedly double bills

I highly recommend Nationwide Medical for their excellent customer service Staff who answered phone calls were always very friendly and supportive They handled issues w/paperwork in a patient and professional manner It did take 3X to get the correct supplies, but Nationwide worked well with me until it was resolved I really look forward to working with them in the future

This company sent me supplies that I specifically say I don't need because I still have plenty of They also have been sending me supplies that I have never needed or wanted or asked for I use a CPAP setup and when ordering supplies I let them know that I dont want any more and have too many foam filters, ultra fine filters and mask cushions and they still send out cushions, ultra fine filters and foam filters The last two shipments also included chin straps which I never ordered or wanted Charging my insurance company $for less than $worth of supplies Pure insurance fraud Next time they call to make a new order, I'm going to record the conversation and follow up with the fraud department with my insurance co

Very difficult to deal with this company We have tried repeatedly to email and call for an RA number, and have been unsuccessful The wait times on the phone is terrible, customer service is basically non-existent, and I was told that EVERY December and January they are too busy to respond in a timely fashion due to people having new insurance Hard to believe our medical provider uses a company that provides such service

Nationwide monthly charges my insurance for services not rendered
Nationwide charges my insurance $monthlyYet, I informed them in February 2016, that my doctor ordered me to stop using the machine until another sleep study can be doneI received hoses, masks and filters in January That is the last time I received any suppliesThey have made no effort to reach out to me in regards to this issueI have advised them to stop charging my insurance for services not rendered, but to no availThe machine was purchased outright through my insurance, so there are no "rental" fees associated
