I called in June to place an order It took one month for the paper work to be submitted to my insurance company no order yet If I could give this company a ZERO I wouldI called in June to place an order It took one month for the paper work to be submitted to my insurance companyon July I placed the order with Jason Roberts the VP of the call center It is now August 2nd and I have not received the order and when I called today Jamie: XXXXXXXXXX the assistant call center manager could not help me and said he would get back to me in a couple of hours This company is owned by [redacted] , and is representing himself as a veteran of the United StatesIf this is how a veteran represents the medical industry and customers the United States is in TroubleEach time I call back I am place on the electronic voice system DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Nationwide Medical began billing me in late summer for January items that were covered by insurance They refuse to respond to my repeated requests that they remedy the problem Their billing practices are incompetent at best, but likely fraudulent considering the reports of others against them for the same pattern of late and erroneous billing with zero response A close friend had a bill suddenly appear, attempted to fix the problem (his was covered by insurance as well) and they sent his account to a collection agency I believe someone should look closely at this company's books as it accepts medicare and medical, as well as other insurance, and repeatedly double bills

My name is Michael DuwelThere are many missing key pieces to this puzzle I am here to answer and provide all the honest informationFirst off my lead Technician ***l knows the family through a church groupI bid on the jobI believe it was *** who I talked toThe job went wellThe
van had a oil leak BEFORE the job was even started, and the loud noise was from a broken flex pipe in the exhaust*** the father in law of *** had replaced the valve cover gasketsThe incorrect gaskets/silicone were installedWe were made aware of that during the repairs***l the tech working on the vehicle knew this because they had spoken to *** about it The noise which had nothing to do with the timing belt service, was paid by ***For some reason he wanted to pay for this bill separate That was 175? Do not have any records If memory serves me***, the daughter of *** called me back to complain that the price was too high for the flex pipe repair I believe I did refund some money back I was upset because I was told to repair it, per *** requestNow someone who has not made any contact with me is calling to complain about a repair that someone else authorizedKnowing that the valve covers were worked on by someone else, knowing that the repairs were not professional made us believe that the valve cover gaskets were still leaking oil Valve cover repairs/servicing are very a very time consuming on this type of engineThe engine is a V-engine There are two CAMSHAFTS at the top of the engine, one seal per camshaftThere is one CRANKSHAFT seal There was not any reason to remove the CAMSHAFT sprockets which is what the timing belt rides onThis is not protocol to remove the seals, they were not leaking oil at the time of service ***l the Tech servicing the vehicle inspected this area due to the fact that this a opportunity to repair a oil leakI also inspected, no oil leaksThe timing belt kit that Duwel Automotive purchased did not supply any sealsThe only seal that was replaced, and it was only replaced due to the fact that the CRANKSHAFT pulley was removed to gain access to the timing belt was the CRANKSHAFT seal, part #tcsHad any of the CAMSHAFT seals showed signs of leaking, they would have been replaced? My job is to insure quality The valve covers sit on top of this engine, when they leak, they leak oilIt covers the entire engine from top to bottomThere was oil remains from the past repairs, per ***s valve cover service The van was brought back in for the oil leak Do not have a date It was inspected againfor FREEThe timing belt cover was removed***l and myself inspectedThere was no leaks from any area that we had servicedWe warranty work months 12,miles NO repairs were made, no charge to re-inspectThere are not any records as to what we diagnosed, just that the seals were not leakingHad the CRANKSHAFT shaft seal been leaking, no problem, warranty, we would have replaced no chargeHad the CAMSHAFT seals, that we did not replace been leaking, we would have helped out with the cost and repaired them also***l is a friend of acquaintance of ***, do you think he would of just blown off the importance of repairing this vehicle Absolutely not ***l is a A+ mechanic, years at Duwel Automotive, honest and very dedicated, I take it personally when he is put into vulnerable position Do not know exactly the time spanBut evidently the leak that was so bad was not a bother, did not hear from *** or ***Then out of the blue, ***l was contacted by ***, via a textIts been over a year, so I'm averaging the time span ***l and I had to sit down today and try to get the time span correct I am getting a little upset***l is the TechHis job is to work for me, not to become ***s personal automotive consultantWho is the owner of the vehicle? How bad really is the oil leak? Now the van is smoking from the exhaust, using oil So back comes the van to the shopWhy did *** not call me, and why did *** not call meWho owns the vehicle? OK, I am there as a professional repair facility We have been here since We do great work Lets get the vehicle back and see whats upSmoking from the exhaust is never a good signWell guess what? *** is back on repairing the valve covers, againHe damaged the PVC valve circuit in the valve coverSo the second time around, still cant get it rightLike I said before, the job is roughIts for professionalsNow here it is , on my lift, againI am paying ***l to look at it againAfter spending some time with diagnosis, he discovers that its a dealer itemThe PCV circuit is just pulling a steady vacuum all the time since *** damaged the PVCIts just burning oil through the engine and out the exhaustThis can cause severe engine damage due to the fact that the oil levels are depleted rapidly Well off he goesNo charge OK he is goneNever talked to him again, *** that isThe van was always leaking power steering fluid, was it repaired, don't knowQuite possible, that's a leak also hitting the groundEngine may also be burning oilNow that you have a picture of the past experience, lets discuss the present Its been over a year since the major repair was performed The work was completed 6/18/ *** called on the shop probably on the date he notedTwo calls, one to get a copy of the receipt I think faxed to him? Second call to make appointment to have the oil leak looked at againStill leaking That was enough for me I did not call *** an aeI was a little taken back by the fact that its been over a year, its been inspected once and the second time it was because *** caused the failure of a partI said it would have to wait till Monday, September the I also said to ***Don't send *** I never said I would not work with him, just don't want all the vocal help on the vehicle I brought up the PVC problem and the fact that it was inspected right after the first repairs were ever performedI noted that is was repaired by ***l and he was aware of the vehicle That was the last contact Duwel Automotive ever had of *** and or *** I told ***l that on Monday September the 2015, the van was coming back for a oil leak Well here comes the texts to ***l, from ***, the week before the scheduled inspection date Several long drawn out testes over the week beforeTalking about how I was nasty to *** on the phoneHow I threw ***l under the bus, does my father know how I run my business? *** also said something to the effect that he was gong to bring ***l into the situationThere was a text so long that I started to read it and just lost interest Bring in the vehicle If there was a leak, we would do our best to repair/warranty whatever it would takeI did tell ***l to respond by saying if we take the cover off to inspect the seals, etcand if there was no oil leaking I was going to charge $Guess what, no van Monday 14, All that nonsense, texting, etcNothingOdd thing is***l knew he was coming in, There was another Toyota Sienna in lot on MondayI run plate, Not the correct vehicle for oil leaks, it just needed brakesEveryday ***l would ask, wheres ***s vanThe first date of talking to company on complaint is correctBut other two are notThose are on the weekend9/12/and 9/13/Shop is not open, so there is no way to communicateThere is an answering machine that is checkedNo messages were left in regards to ***s/***s vanI have no idea what was leaking, the van never showed upThen ***l gets more text's from ***Said that I am not returning ***'s messages, Ii am not answering my phone/picking it upTells ***l I/he better go check my caller ID Now I a done with these twoI do not have caller ID I am there from 7:am to 5:pmMy job is to answer the phone, that's how it worksFunny, *** is texting ***l during working hoursHow can you take the time to text out a conservation but not pick up the phone ? What phone # is *** calling that I am not answering and who is he leaving messages with anyway? Not one of my other customers have complained of missing or no returned messages or e-mails I have a e-mail addressThat is how I received your complaint, on my phone Wednesday morning at 6;The Revdex.com got me, why cant you? The wan was NEVER dropped off I really need to know who *** was calling and where he left messages?? If I am not there***l and or *** take messages for meI was on vacation the week off OCT 12-***l gets more text'sNow hes getting a little aggravatedTexts ***l and says its at another shop and its a seal, ***l asks what seal? *** does not know, ***l texts back to *** to just drop offGuess what no vanAs far as the safety with the van? Its been a battle for over a year *** has made it worse twice with bad valve cover repairsThe broken flex pipe, (mentioned in the beginning) ,in the exhaust was more of a safety concern then any oil leakCarbon Monoxide leaking inside of vehicle is very dangerous, especially due to the fact that it was leaking in front of the passengersSo all of a sudden is a major safety issue.?? You were leaving on vacation when we first saw the vehicle back in 2014, never mentioned the exhaust leakThe vehicle was leaking oil/exhaust before it was ever brought to Duwels for any repairsCliffs Auto Service is correct, the CAMSHAFT SEALS were not replaced, incorrectly installed, I think not, the pulleys were never removed to even touch the CAMSHAFT seals They were not leaking at the time we inspected over a YEAR agoI have not seen the van so I cant tell you YOU never dropped off the vehicle! You just sent a lot of trash talking text's to the employee who has no authorization in this matter *** ***Michael Duwel
