Review: Tyres to contact them about a loan application for several days and they told me they didn't have any info that I would receive a letter in the mail explaing their decision.I finally received the letter 3 days after I was told I would and there is no explination. So I call again and get hung up on, not the first time either. So I call back to speak to someone in charge to let them know how people are getting treated and I asked for a manager several times and never talked to one. I should have only had to ask once and someone should have came running, and still have no reason for their decision on my loan. I guess they are just running credit reports to mess up peoples credit and they're through with trying to help.Desired Settlement: I would like a reason on their decision but I'm no longer going to continue with this company ever again so save a tree.
