Review: On October 29, 2014, I paid Nationwide Motors (aka Nationwide RV Assurance) $2,585.00 for RV Extended Warranty (United States Warranty). On May 24, 2015 I called the brochure for RV help aka United States Warranty and I was told by the United States Warranty compay that I was not a customer. My name is in their file but it was only a quote. Nationwide Motors has had my money for more than nine months and I have no extended warranty on my RV Motorhome. I spoke with Tom at Nationwide Motors and he said he had to speak with the owner. I have left over 10 messages and have not spoken with him yet. I call the website number aka Nationwide RV Assurance.com and no one answers the phone. All I want is my money to get extended warranty for my RV. LinDesired Settlement: I want a full refund so I can get extended warranty on my Motorhome.

Review: I contacted [redacted] at NationWide Motors February 17th, 2015 to cancel my warranty that I had paid in full when I originally purchased it 6/25/13. I filled out paperwork she emailed me in order to cancel my warranty contract to receive a refund and emailed it back to her on February 17th 2015. I contacted [redacted] via email on March 11th and asked her how long it would take to receive my refund. On March 11th [redacted] let me know it would take up to 30/45 days to receive my refund check. I sent [redacted] an email May 5th, 2015 and let her know I had not received my check back yet and that I had called [redacted] Warranty Services to find out why I had not received my refund yet and they informed me that they never received the cancellation paperwork by fax from [redacted] to cancel the contract. On June 22nd, I contacted [redacted] Warranty Services and they informed me they had requested information on June 2nd from Nationwide Motors to process the cancellation and had not received a response. I emailed [redacted] again because I had still not received my refund and she never responded to my email or my phone call the following business day. I did state clearly in the email that I had made contact with [redacted] Warranty Services and the date they gave me when they requested information from Nationwide Motors. I also asked her in the email to please follow up in this issue in a more timely manner or I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I asked for her manager names and contact information as well. Never got a response from that email. Now on August 14th I contacted [redacted] Warranty Services who informed me that July 1st they finally received the information needed to cancel the policy and had sent Nationwide Motors back everything they needed to be able to issue me a full refund dating back February 17,2015. I called and left [redacted] a message, never heard back. September 10th, called [redacted] left message. Sept, 11 2015, emailed no response again.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund at this point for the purchase price just for the inconvenience I have been dealing with for almost a year of trying to receive my refund purchase price $1497. I can honestly say I don't believe I have ever dealt with this level of debauchery from any business I have ever encountered. Especially with the amount of communication on my part. For my phone calls and emails to just be ignored is just wrong. They didn't ignore my phone call to get some money from me why avoid my phone calls or emails to issue me a refund?

Review: On 2/20/2015 Nationwide Motors a.k.a. Nationwide Assurance RV Warranty charged my credit card $700.00 for a down payment on an RV warranty for our motor home. On 4/14/2015 our motor home developed a water pump leak, when I tried to file a claim with Nationwide, I was told by [redacted] that she had never received a contract back from us. We returned our contract using the self addressed envelop supplied by Nationwide. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue with no luck, when you call the phone number to Nationwide, a person will not answer the phone, you only get voice mail, I have left many messages for [redacted] but she will not call back, she will occasionally respond by email, apologizing for any inconvenience and stating that she will issue a full refund but that has not happened. This company has basically stolen $700.00 from me, it is very easy for them to say "we are missing a document from you" and deny a claim, if I would not have tried to file a claim, they would never had let me know anything was wrong, taken my payments only to deny any benefit at the time of need. After reviewing other Revdex.com complaints, I see a distinct pattern here. If a company takes your payment, they are obligated to honor the contract until the contract is canceled and a refund is issued. This company also claims that their policies have an [redacted] A+ rating however, I can not find them listed with [redacted].Desired Settlement: As I told [redacted], if you will simply refund my payment, I will go away and buy a warranty from another company with a better reputation. After reading other complaints, I fear that Nationwide and [redacted] have no intention of refunding my payment in a timely manner.

Review: My wife and I bought an extended warranty plan for our motorhome through Nationwide Motors, on line under the name Nationwide Assurance Warranty. [redacted] has been my only contact. She e-mailed a sample policy from one of the companies they represent. In writing it says, "Try it risk free for 30 days." I gave my credit card information by phone on 11/5/14 and was immediately charged and sent a transaction receipt through e-mail, and was told I would be mailed a policy. I never received a policy. On 11/17/14 my wife called to get information on filing a claim. [redacted] gave us the phone number to a warranty company and a policy number. We called and they had no record of us purchasing their services, and the policy form was not what they used. I called [redacted] for further information and left numerous messages, but she never returned the calls. On 11/25 I asked for the policy to be cancelled because of lack of communication and being given false information, and faxed them a cancellation form. I was told it would take 40-50 days for processing, and when we replied that was unacceptable (they charged the card immediately and should be able to refund it immediately) for a service we never received, and never even received verification of the service we supposedly purchased. Then we were told again later that we would receive a refund check in 15-30 days, and after requesting, we were told a manager would contact us. Phone calls have not been returned, e-mails have not been answered. We have not been contacted by a manager. My wife finally got a call from [redacted] by inquiring on line under her maiden name, then [redacted] hung up on her. They have had our money for 2 months now but have not followed through with any services. We have no guarantee that the money will even be returned to us, or verification as how it will be returned. We would like our refund.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund as soon as possible, and would like a manager to contact us to verify information.

Review: On January 2, 2015 I sent a cashiers check in the amount of $4,121.00 to Nationwide Motors for the purchase of a Service Contract ( Extended Warranty ) though them. I also signed the Contract # [redacted] which was through [redacted] Warranties. I received an email from [redacted] at Nationwide on January 12, 2015 confirming the receipt of my check, and she stated the warranty card would be delivered within 30 days.

On February 3, 2015 I contacted the administrator for the contract to confirm my contract was active. I was informed at that time there was no contract in place. [redacted] emailed back on February 3rd and stated it takes up to 45 days to become active. She confirmed that the contract was active.

April 13, 2015 recontacted the warranty administrator and found that the contract was not valid. [redacted] responded she would contact ProTrek and have it activated. Contacted on April 14th by [redacted] who stated they had not received payment. She stated it was now taken care of.

As of this date, I do not have a contract and I have paid in full. They attempted to give me another contract via email which I was concerned about due to blank spaces and improper data. Was suppose to receive a new contract via the mail last week, but nothing. I did speak twice with [redacted]'s manager Tom who promised a contract through Star RV. He stated he was going to give me the Diamond Coverage which was more but they would pick up the difference due to their error. When I received an email contract it was for the Platinum the bottom of the line. This is the contract which I had concerns with signing.

I have been without a warranty since December even though they were paid the full amount. They no longer answer calls or emails from me.Desired Settlement: In order to prevent small claims court or charges for possible Fraud I would be satisfied with an immediate refund for the full amount paid, $4,121.00.

Review: I purchased an extended warranty for our travel trailer from [redacted] in March of 2014. In April, 2015, we traded our travel trailer in for a newer one. Thus I tried contacting [redacted] to cancel our warranty and receive a refund. Finally in May I got a hold of her (she does not return e-mails or phone messages) and we started the cancelation process. I tried to follow up with her (phone and e-mail) until June 25th when I contacted American Guardian Warranty Services who she contracted the warranty through. They were waiting for a document from [redacted] to process their portion of the cancellation and send back to [redacted] for funding. I supplied the document needed and that very week they forwarded my file back to [redacted]. I have been trying ever since to establish contact with [redacted] both phone and e-mail with no luck and no response from her. It has been four months now, and from my understanding, warranty cancellations are supposed to be paid out within thirty days.Desired Settlement: We want our warranty refund. We really feel like we got scammed!

Review: Extended Warranty

I purchased an Extended Warranty Policy for my RV on 04/01/2014. I cancelled it on 02/03/2015 because I purchased a brand new RV and did not need coverage. I completed and returned Cancellation Form as required on 02/05/2015. I have called and left my number almost every week since then. I have faxed messages. I emailed [redacted] on 2/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/25, 4/3, 4/19, 4/22, 5/20, 6/2, 6/22 and 7/9.

Responces: Exact message copied and pasted

3/13 . Let contact the insurance company and advise them and also check on your cancellation.

4/21 I am contacting Allegiance now. I will call you in a few. We no longer work with them and I am doing my best to get this resolved. Did they send you anything regarding your cancellation? You have to let them know that you want to cancel.

4/21 What is the last six of your VIN please.

4/22 Please accept my apologies for this late response. We are trying to sort everything out with the insurance company since we no longer do business with them. We will get you your pro-rated refund very soon

5/20 Usually takes around 30-45 days. We have received tons of cancellations through this company. We are doing our best to get them all done. I have resent them the information. Please contact them by Friday to check the status. Should be anytime soon. Again we thank you for your patience.

6/23 Hi [redacted], I just forwarded your email to my manager. I will follow up with you by the end of the week. Thank you for your patience.

This is last communication I’ve had with [redacted] or company. We are talking about approximate $1,700.00 refund due.

Will you please see if your involvement can help me receive refund due?

Thank you,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Immediate refund as per purchase agreement.

Review: I purchased from Nationwide Motors on 12/1/14 an Extended Warranty Policy for my RV Coach for $4469.00. Nationwide Motors failed to send the Extended Warranty to the warranty company ProTrek, which resulted in leaving me with NO warranty coverage on my RV coach. I found out that I had NO coverage when I had to take my coach in for repairs on 3/24/15. [redacted] told me that they had forgotten to send the policy that I purchased to ProTrek the warranty company. To take my Coach in to the repair facility and that the repairs would be covered, and which the repair facility shop foreman confirmed [redacted] that told them also. On this same day [redacted] called me and said that she wanted to go over what my policy has covered under your plan. We are covering your Oil Pan & Gasket repair (which are covered) with tax = $2233.92 Total cost for repairs was an estimate of $3243.00 She said that the oil leak however is not covered. Please let me know how you want to proceed. We are sending payment to Motor Trucks. The repair facility shop foreman told [redacted] that he could not tell her whether or not the oil leak was existing or not.

Upon further investigation by the repair facility it was determined that the "oil pan" was warped and had to be replaced, and a stiffener added to it to prevent future warping and oil leak. This increased the total costs of the repairs from $3243.00 to $4925.00. She said that they would only pay the original amount that they said that they would $2233.00. [redacted] told me that her boss would be contacting me to discuss the costs and payment issues, which he never did. Nationwide Motors failed to provide me the Extended Warranty for my coach after I had paid them for the policy from 12/1/14 to 3/27/15. Since I did not have a Warranty Policy in effect and repairs were needed to my coach, Nationwide Motors took it upon themselves to act as the Warranty Company, to determine the repairs needed and the cost. Nationwide did not try to contact me at anytime.Desired Settlement: Nationwide Motors responded to a complaint that I filed with the CA State Attorney's office that they would be willing to send me a check for $1400 to split the additional costs of the repairs, which I agree with, and it is a fare settlement. However, I have had NO response from Nationwide Motors to this effect about sending me a $1400 check. I did send them their reference and statement to the CA SA Office that they would send me a check for $1400, which I did not receive a reply to.

Therefore, I would appreciate Nationwide Motors sending me the check for $1400 at their earliest convenience.

Review: On October 25, 2012, I bought a RV Care Service (Insurance) for my RV with Allegiance Administrators LLC with Contract Number [redacted] through Nationwide Warranty aka Nationwide Motors / [redacted] signed as Dealer Representative.

I was dissatisfied with the purchase because I submitted a Claim on July 14, 2014 and it was denied on the same day. Therefore, I was no happy with the resolution so I spoke with [redacted] and submitted my cancellation form on July 18, 2014. I've been told by [redacted] that I will be receiving my refund by mail. However, I am still waiting for the check. I’ve been trying to reach [redacted] but since November 2014, she is not receiving / returning my calls and no one from that company is giving me any information.

My last resource was to try to contact Allegiance Administrators to follow up with my request. Unfortunately, I just got negative that they don’t deal with me and that I have to keep calling the dealer. I think Nation Wide Motors is using Allegiance Administrators for their bad business.

I do have copies of my records related to this situation.

Please let me know if you can help me on get this incident resolve as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund but I also would like to report the bad business of Nation Wide Motors. Looking into the complains on Revdex.com.org, it seems like this business is doing the same to other customers.

Review: We purchased an extended warranty from Nationwide Motors on 10-9-14. Things were going well with warranty, third party is fulfilling their end of obligations which we are very thankful for. I have additional questions regarding warranty and started on 8-4-15 trying to get in touch with Nationwide via email and phone messaging. I have called numerous times and left messages. Nobody calls/emails back!

We also recommended Nationwide to one of our RV friends (before this non-communication problem started), they paid for their warranty and have not heard from Nationwide since, I've encouraged them to also lodge a complaint.

Please advise on status of company, we are very dissatisfied!Desired Settlement: We would just like to know that the business is still operating so if we do have questions regarding extended warranty, there is a contact.
