On May 20th, 2016, I received a letter with a PREAPPROVAL code of XXXXXXXXX, for an offer to refinance my Chrysler Town and Country Minivan As I proceeded through the application, it asked for my credit information, SSAN, home information, salary information When I clicked a "next" button it asked for Banking information, then "next" it asked me to select a "payment date" At that pointI had given virtually all my personal information to the "computer system" assuming it was approved for refinance The system said, "almost done", had me verify information When I hit "submit" it came back DECLINED and yet, I had a Credit Score of which is good Furthermore, the monthly payment would go from $600/month which I pay NOW, to a $and 2% less interest rate A situation thus, would become better not worse with this refinance YET,
