We hired him through his wife who was cleaning our house. When we originally hired him it was just fix up drywall tape and paint then wanted to add in a new dogie door to replace the old one as it was falling apart ask him a week or 2 before painting to see if he could install it . My thinking that without asking him too, that would he would make sure the wall was in good condition to do so, any good contractor would . Also asking Why he didn't do the door first and he starting paint the room. Again thinking that was odd cause if he had to repair around the dog door he have to paint again. so after he did a some what ok paint job a lot of areas need touch up. He then waits all weekend to start the dog door to then inform us of mold . I was so upset that if would have started with the dog door could have the mold taken care of then had him do the painting . he wasted our time and our $$ DO NOT HIRE... I cant believe we wasted our time, we believe in small business and rather give our money and business to those but to be taken advantage of this is just wrong .
