Nationwide Parking Services

On the date in question, I parked in a paid lot at ***. I followed the instructions posted at the lot to pay for the 2 hours I parked. I later received a notice from National Parking Services accusing me of non-payment accompanied by photos of my vehicle and license plates leaving the lot. I contacted the business via telephone and was given an email address or provide proof of payment. I sent screenshots of the charges to my debit card paying for parking on the date in question. I received an emailed response several days later that the notice would be "voided". Now I have received a second Notice indicating that the balance due is "IN COLLECTION".
