Nationwide Parking & Valet

Review: My family and I had our Thanksgiving dinner at [redacted] in New Brunswick. I drove my [redacted] LaCrosse because I was leaving from the restaurant directly to my job at the [redacted] Police Department. I exited the restaurant with a large bag of food. The valet opened the door to my vehicle and I left for work. ( it should be noted that I purchased my vehicle approximately 1 month prior. It is a 2005 but only had 10,000 miles) I drove directly to work. When I was taking my equipment out of the[redacted], the lights of the police car shined on it. I noticed extensive damage on the driver side. It was very low on the corner of the bumper. You would not have noticed it even if you walked around the car.I called the [redacted]. The restaurant was closed, so I called the following morning and spoke to the manager. He informed me that the restaurant employs Nationwide Valet and gave me the telephone number for [redacted] I contacted Mr.[redacted] at ###-###-####. He asked me to provide him with photos of the damage via email to [redacted]. I emailed Mr. [redacted] the photos. He further advised me to provide an estimate and that he would submit it to his insurance. The estimate was faxed and sent regular mail. I also contacted the restaurant owner, [redacted]. He too sent Mr. [redacted] an email requesting that he contact me regarding this matter.I have been more than reasonable. The estimate is approximately $750.00Desired Settlement: I want to be paid in order that I can have my vehicle repaired or Mr. [redacted] can pay the repair shop directly.
