This tenant is over reacting and saying stuff that are not true. She have had several conflict with the front unit unnecessary for drive way access that is not hers. of her and all her complain stopped.   After tenant moved out of front unit because of her. She told me she has someone to rent the front so she could get along with whom she want. We waited for weeks without her sending the person or turning in the application we gave her. Now I have a new tenant in the front and I got message from you guys. This clearly shows how dramatic she is with people!    She called for pest/rodents. I sent a professional pest company (UMHOLTZ Pest Control) that sprayed and setup traps. House was just redone before she moved in. We have all documentation. She is currently in violation of her lease because we don't allow dogs and was told she has few dogs indoor.   She has putting up wire fenced blocking front unit which I have told her to take down because she doesn't have authorization to put it. She put a lock in the gate with a note that said B only. I have told her she can not do that. I have tried as much as I can to accommodate her but it's obviates she is in for drama!!!
