In response to the complaint filed by previous tenant *** ***, he did vacate the property on 10/22/2015, but only the home key, gate key and garage remote were returned at the time of the move out inspectionWe have days from the date
of move out to refund the modeposit, which we did mail him a breakdown and a check minus any cleaning/damage fees dated 11/11/to the address ***, CA XXXXX*** called the office stating he had not received the checkI asked if he filed a change of address with the post officeHis response was yes, but he a hold placed prior to the transferI told him to give it a few days to a week and if a check had not been received we would write him a new oneOn 12/02/*** came into the office using foul language directly at our staff because he still had not received a checkWe would have issued a check that day, but we was asked to leave because of the disrespect and foul languageHis girlfriend (Also on the lease) called the office asking if she could come into the office to pick up a new checkWe agreed as long as *** was not the one picking upHis check was issued and has cleared our trust account

This letter is in response to the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com on June 16, 2016.
Landscaping/Sprinklers:
We did receive...

a maintenance request from the tenant to have trees trimmed, which we notified the owner and were waiting for the approval. Any repair or landscaping request that requires payment exceeding monthly charge must be approved by the owner. The owner approved and work requested has been completed per the conversation with our gardeners.

Front Door Lock:
Our office does not replace locks with (temporary locks). We have invoice confirmation of the replacement of the front door entry lock. If the tenant is still having issues with the lock we [redacted] gladly send someone out to fix the issue. Tenant may send an email to [redacted]@gmail.com with the maintenance request.
