I have searched our system by name, address and phone number provided and only found account by name but it does not match the amount he says is listed on his credit We do not have an account for this person in our system He can either dispute thru Equifax directly or if he would like to send a copy of the credit report he is looking at we may can research further Please let me know how I may help further

address on this Revdex.com complaint) on 6/5/2017.on 8/1/2017 we contacted the consumer and she verified we had the correct address and she said she had disputed these charges with the client and that they was gong to drop the charges. We contacted our client on 8/3/2017 to check in on the consumers complaint and as of today the client has not requested these accounts to be closed or given any update.Due to us not receiving an update from our client I will delete these two charges from your credit file.I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
