Ms*** knew from the start that I was looking in a certain areaTheir ad said the whole of chicagoland including suburbs when they actually just serviced the south and west sides of chicago yet I gave Ms.*** my money because she practically guaranteed that she could help me find an apartment in the area I was looking forShe also knew that I lived on the far northside and their location is on the far westside as she is saying I was supposed to come in every week for a new listingToo remedy that situation, she said that I could call her every week in lieu of coming in each weekLess than a week after I had given her my money, she started hemming and hawing about how hard it was to try to find an apartment on the northside for me yet I still kept in touch until she said I had said something that I didn't sayI understand that I may not get my money back but I have been informed (after the fact) that this company was a scam because a couple of clients were sent to them and they had the same outcome as me....gave them $and they weren't helpedYour Agency gave this business an A+ rating with one complaint in the 14yrs they've been in business which was also another deciding factor in giving them my moneyI guess all this can be is a warning to people who go to them?
