when signing up for services I was told that payments would go towards student loans and also after sept I would no longer be charged
I contacted the company after noticing that I am still being charged for services they informed me that I missed a payment so they were going to extend the plan an additional months, I also had to find out from a letter I received from fed loans that the payments I have been paying Nation Student loan services does not go towards my student loan which was initially told to me when setting up this account I asked what have I been paying for during a convo I had with a rep 11/1/and he claims for them to file paperwork for me I explained to him that this was a waste of money I could have done the paperwork myself had I of known what this was about, I asked him for a full refund and he told me I cant get it because I signed up for the services which I though was going towards my student loans I informed him I cant afford to pay for some services
Received a phone call from Kevin (manager) at NationwideBased on our conversation I am under the impression he will be taking care of the situationWe had a nice long conversationThis new review is based on conversation onlyAs long as he follows through w/what he said he is going to do.....right the wrong, I will be giving a

I paid this company over to help with my student loans because I could afford the payments that they were requesting and this company has dragged their feet and now my check is being garnish for the money which is a embarrassment I may add and now they will not return my calls or email

On or around 6/20/I contacted Nationwide Student Loan Services in the hopes of lowering or forgiving my student loanI spoke with a team member and was enrolledI was told that they would need my Wand most recent paystubs to submit start the process of getting my loan from Great Lakes so my payments could be lowered or forgiven and that after payments of $if I had to make any lowered payments on my student loan I would be making payments to NationwideThere was an enrollment fee of $on 6/20/
I made payments on 7/18/16, 8/29/16, 9/26/and 10/19/all in the amount of each
I received an email fro Great Lakes Student loan services on 10/2/stating that my payment for 10/23/will be coming upI called customer service on 10/10/and was told that my loan will always be with them until it's paid off and

In November 2015, I spoke with a representative by the name of Renee N.(not sure of last name) ph# (XXX) XXX-XXXX who introduced me to a consolidation loan program that would bring me from what was my current loan that was on an income based repayment plan through My Great Lakes Loan Corp to a fixed rate of $for ten yearsTo start, I was told that they would pay off my loans through My Great Lakes (which has been done) and I need to pay $per month starting the end of November through March The fixed payment of $was to officially begin the end of April I received a letter from the US Department of Education (Nelnet) that I am now on an income-driven payment plan for the amount of $for twelve months starting June 5, 2016, never agreed to this type of planI called and left a message for Renee on Friday May and then again on Monday May 16th no responseI then emailed Rebekkah Levin and attached the US Department of Education (Nelnet) letter for an
