I am rejecting this response because:
The matter wasn't taking care of. We're done messing around with this issue. Our complaint is valid and should be posted. As you can see we are not the only ones that have had this issue

I am rejecting this response because:inconsistent and inaccurate or missing evidence that the matter was taken care of efficiently.To begin with I would like to point out a few inaccuracies in the letter sent from J.R. [redacted] concerning this matter.  In the first paragraph Mr./Mrs....

[redacted] states that the original complaint has "multiple" inaccuracies and that they are harmful to the business.  The only inaccuracy that the complaint consists of is the over exaggeration of calling "hundreds" of times.  Of course, the actual number of times that we called did not reach the hundreds but either way, we still had to call multiple times without any response from Nationwide.  In response to Exhibit C, the call log, it is inaccurate due to it being incomplete.  We (Hiday Parts Department) have our own phone line from which we call out on that is not listed on the log. Also, the call log does not show all the times that Nationwide called us to sell and we in turn asked for assistance with the matter.  We called Nationwide the day we received the shipment and every day until we decided to just send it back since no one at Nationwide would direct us to the correct person or any person.  Nationwide has called our company many times to sell their products and every time while on the phone with them we would ask about our return but it we were never forwarded or acknowledge that we had a problem.  If Nationwide has an answering service for their company then the customer calling should be informed of such things so they are aware that the person they are speaking with has no idea what the company has going on as far as invoicing and statements.Additionally,  Mr./Mrs. [redacted] stated that "Nationwide's policy is to verify all orders by email or return phone call before they are shipped".  Referring back to Exhibit A, there is confirmation of the $15.98 order on 1/20/17 but there is NOT a confirmation for the order in question.  If it is policy to verify ALL orders where is the verification for the order that Hidays' is disputing?  In Mr./Mrs. [redacted] letter it is stated that the shipment was verified but by who and when? On 5/3/17 a complaint was made to the Revdex.com and through the Nationwide Supply website.  After many attempts to contact Nationwide by phone, the same phone number listed on the website, it was decided that sending a complaint may get us somewhere.  Also, Exhibit B, the copy of the credit is dated 5/4/17, this being after the date of original complaint and eight weeks after receiving the product back.It seems that only after the complaints were made did anything seem to happen.  We called about a week before lodging the complaint and was redirected to Bill at Nationwide who informed us that he had seen the paperwork in which we were calling about and that he had to track it down and call us back in 5 minutes.  We never received a call back until the complaint was filed.  In conclusion, the complaint is still a valid complaint because Nationwide Supply INC. refused to acknowledge receiving the products back, the phone calls or fax we sent to them.  This issue has been resolved as of 5/4/17, it has been a relief that this matter has finally been taken care of but the run around that we had to do was ridiculous.  The customer service at Nationwide was extremely unsatisfactory and others should be informed.  We understand that every business has their own policies and procedures nevertheless, it should not take 8 or more weeks to close an issue.

The complaint was resolved prior to receiving the Revdex.com letter.  The customer was given a full credit and the account was closed.
