Review: To whom it may concern:I am [redacted] and am writing with the help of an interpreter. Well, after careful consideration and in looking over the work they did it seems to me that I gave them ample time to what our contracted agreement was. I cooperated with them in every way that I could. I paid the exhorbitant fees they requested, signed, and provided all the papers they requested. I signed a contract and other documents for them in July of 2013 then in in August I signed the same papers for them again. This made me curious, but I continued to comply. In September, again there was signing of more documents... when I paid attention to what they were I could see that they were the same documents. Now, it has been my experience that when you sign a "Power of attorney" form generally it is good for at least a year unless I decide to void. So there should not have been any reason to resign these for them.In August of 2013, I went in to find out how my case was going and they beat around the bush a lot, so I decided to give them a visit in person. When I got there I was found with a locked door, so I called via phone they answered and I asked them to open the door. It took them a long time to come to the door and then they gave me the run around. This is when I suspected they were a scam because they told me my file wasn't even in their office.... As the end of the year came, please note that I paid $12,550 up until December 16, 2013. They have since tried to get in contact with me but they request more money and frankly, I don't have any moey to spend on them. In the meantime my taxes have accumulated other fees and penalties and the governments wants all the money at once and I simply don't have it. So This is why I would like to make a formal complaint against them. The ones who operate this business are, Ms. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] and an "Attorney" by the name of Mr. [redacted] R. [redacted]Thank yo for our time and attention.[redacted]Desired Settlement: In view that they did nothing in my case I would like for them to refund my fees. Also the extra fees and tax penalties. These are as follows:Their fees: 12,550Tax penalties: 20,000Extra Fees: 10,000Total: 42,550Fees and penalties are actually more but I believe that this would be fair, since they did not make an agreement with the government agencies as agreed.
