Our move from Long Island to Spring Hill was handled with the utmost of professionalism The packers on Long Island did a marvelous job wrapping everything and the movers here in Florida were also excellent They were both friendly and helpful in wrapping and unwrapping the furniture and nothing had even a scratch We were very satisfied and would recommend them to any of our friends for a move We thank the whole Nationwide family for a marvelous and professional job Thank You [redacted] ***

I've moved with other companies in the past and have never had such a bad experience In addition to their practice of suppressing negative reviews through signed settlement contracts, you should avoid Nationwide Van Lines because KNOWINGLY send out movers that are unprepared and behave unprofessionally and who cause damages to your property Despite the fact that Nationwide Van Lines, Incsent out a mover that has received multiple complaints and has since been dismissed from their company, their claims process is inexplicably slow It took them over days to even acknowledge the receipt of my claim and over three months to process the claim Here are some details about my move: Unprofessional

The support that I received throughout my moving process was excellentI was always catered to and was able to stay in touch with all of the representatives that helped me since the beginningI would definitely encourage anyone to use Nationwide Van Lines for their upcoming move

Office communication was excellent Returned calls and answered questions clearly Made us feel comfortable that everyone cared about our belongingsMovers were on time, actually early, friendly, knowledgeable They arrived to our new home early and off loaded everything exactly where I askedWe would use them again and would highly recommend them to others

Overall very happy with decision to use moving companyThey were very meticulous wrapping and handling our belongingsI recommend them highly

Our experience with Nationwide was good, we have no experience to guage it to put the people we interacted with were all greatThey treated us and our belongings with respectI really enjoyed watching them dig their truck out of the snowWe had a couple of items broken and the original estimate of space rquired was about 20% short of realityBut their atitude made up for the little problems

We were misled by our sales representative and received poor customer serviceThe following incidents occurred: We booked our move with [redacted] on March 5that which time she advised that our belongings would be delivered within 3-days [redacted] also advised us that we can call 24-hours after our items have been picked up to get a delivery date Our decision to use Nationwide Van Lines was based on this information [redacted] gave usEven though the cost was more than other moving companies, we decided to book with Nationwide because we needed our belongings at our new home ASAP and the time frame [redacted] told us was sooner than others [redacted] and [redacted] came on March 11th to pack up and move our belongings and they did a great jobhours after pick up we called to get a delivery date but no information was availableWe continued to call numerous times throughout the next several weeks and [redacted] from customer service continued to tell us that there was no update without an explanation On March 25th (days after our belongings were loaded onto the truck) I called and spoke to [redacted] in customer service who informed me that our stuff was at a terminal in New Jersey and it was being loaded onto a truck and that [redacted] (delivery/driver) is picking up stuff from a few more homes and would be in route to Florida the following day (Thursday March 26th) and that we could expect to receive our items over the weekend, however he could not confirm that On Thursday March 26th I called again to see if someone could confirm a delivery dateI spoke to [redacted] whom I asked why on line # on one of the documents/contracts I signed it states: to contact the office 1-days after pick up to confirm deliveryIt has been going on weeks with no confirmation of a delivery dateHe was still unable to provide an explanation as to why Nationwide was still unable to confirm a delivery date and repeated what [redacted] told me the day before After getting off the phone with [redacted] I called the sales department as if I were shopping for a quote (or â secret shopperâ ) to see if our sales representative intentionally misled us just to make a sale [redacted] happened to take my callI explained to her that I was looking to move from MD to FL and asked her what the delivery time frame would be and again she said 3-days to receive our stuff from the time of pick upI also asked her how long it would take after pick up to receive a delivery date and again she said 24-hoursI did not explain to [redacted] that I was already a customer waiting for our belongings After I got off the phone with [redacted] I called [redacted] again and explained to him what [redacted] told meHe said that this info was not correctI told him that [redacted] who booked our move had been lying to us just to book the saleHe said [redacted] was very good at what she does and that he would go back and listen to our recorded conversation and he would get back to me Friday March 26th I called [redacted] for an update; he listened to the recorded phone conversation and confirmed that [redacted] gave us bad informationHe apologized and explained that everyone makes mistakes and he would discuss this with her [redacted] also confirmed that we would be receiving our items on Sunday Our items arrived Sunday (days after pick up) however some of the furniture and box spring had been damaged during the moveIn addition to this there are a few boxes that did not showThere were items that were documented however a couple of boxes that arrived did not have stickers on them [redacted] who was in charge of the delivery was in contact with my husband later that day looking for the box(es) , however we have not heard from him since Sunday The moving experience with Nationwide Van Lines has been exhaustingFrom the beginning our sales representative [redacted] lied to us to book the sale, no one could confirm a delivery date until days after our furniture had been picked up and this was after calling almost every day requesting an update, once the furniture arrived there was damages and some boxes never appeared

The movers were professional and very careful with our belongings They took pride in not damaging anything

very professional, all commitments were kept, fast and efficient

Nice, friendly staff Movers arrived timely at the pickup site and were waiting for me when I arrived at the drop site

Best moving service I've had Alberto and his crew did an outstanding jobI would highly recommend this company

I made a long distance move from south FL to Asheville NC I was more than pleased with the entire process as managed by Nationwide My moving consultant, [redacted] , was available for questions and explained everything clearly prior to the move and his explanation reflected my actual experience The movers themselves [redacted] and [redacted] were professional, friendly, and very competent at both the pick up and delivery of my goodsDue to very cold weather in Asheville, my apartment was not ready for occupancy until a few hours after the van arrived in Asheville However, the moving crew checked with their dispatcher and waited until I had access to the apartment (and the snow had tapered off) so they could unload the vanI appreciate the good customer service and the fact that my belongings arrived on-time and in good condition

After living in the same home for over years, this was my first time using a moving companyI was a little apprehensive about how long it would take to receive my items and about the possibility of lost or broken itemsAfter getting several quotes and reading reviews on many moving companies I decided to use Nationwide Van linesI couldn't have asked for a better experienceMy driver [redacted] was courteous and professionalHe took his time explaining each charge and answered my MANY questionsHe and his crew packed my items well and everything arrived in perfect condition and IN ONLY DAYS without so much as a broken wine glass! I highly recommend Nationwide Van LinesIf you're lucky you will have Uzi as your driver

I used Nationwide Van Lines to move my furniture from Georgia to New JerseyMy first contact was with Alana, Moving ConsultantShe explain the whole moving process clearly with meI had a lot of questions and she answered them allShe had a lot of patience and whenever she told me she would call me back she followed throughOn the day of the move the movers, Alberto, Paul, Juan arrived on timeTheir dress appearance was very professional and they were very courteousThey put covering over my floors so they would be protectedThey took great care in wrapping my furniture and packing my fragile piecesMy furniture was delivered in a timely mannerI had no damage items and no missing itemsNationwide Van Lines did an excellent move for me and I recommend them highly!!

The Nationwide teams that packed and unpacked my items were both courteous, professional and meticulousThe items were packed with care and preparation for the few months I had them in storage with Nationwide and the delivery team took the same care in the deliverance of my items [redacted] and his team were very helpful in ensuring my items were careful unpacked and in good shapeThe team worked well together and were very professionalI would recommend Nationwide based on my moveThey were very professional and always stayed in contact throughout the process

My move from sc to fl with nationwide went extremely smooth from start to finish all my belongings were packed and delivered with care very punctual, all questions answered in a timely fashion no unexpected price increases on delivery follow up phone calls to see if I was satisfied I have moved a handful of times and this was my best experience will definitely use them again if needed

This is the first time we have used a moving company and it was a great experience from beginning to end After contacting several companies and reading about all the horrors and terrible experiences others have gone through in the process we were extremely nervousAfter several conversations with [redacted] we decided to go with NationwideHer communication, thoroughness and patience sold us On the say of the move [redacted] and [redacted] showed up at out home and they proved us right in deciding to go with Nationwide They were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make the move easy They arrived at our new home with the same easygoing demeanor and left us extremely happy with their services All in all it was a great experience They kept their promise in pricing and delivered great overall customer service We will definitely be recommending your services

My coworker expressed her surprise on the way all of packages arrived rather intact and well organized as compared to other shipments for other coworkers that used another shipping company
