Nelson sent me an email with suggestions to resolve all of our landscape issues. I responded to the suggestions 12 days ago, mostly in agreement with what they offered, with a few requested clarifications. I have not received a response as of yet. Nelson reported to the Revdex.com, that we were working toward a resolution, which I hope is true; however nothing has been established as far as a plan, time-frame, etc. I have not heard anything back in almost two weeks. I think this is the clarification you are looking for but if not, please let me know what other information I can offer. Would you like a copy of the emails?Thank you again,[redacted]

Business states they have been in contact with the consumer and are working toward a resolution
